Our clients are happy to work with the most fresh products in the market. Year-round we offer potatoes, cabbage, beetroots, onions, pumpkins and carrots. Seasonal vegetables include tomatoes, cucumbers, courgettes, radishes, garlic, cauliflower, broccoli, rhubarb and chili peppers and many more vegetables, depending on the season.
We offer a wide range of herbs - dills, spring onions, parsley, basil, spinach, arugula and many more.
It is possible to order any kind of microgreens.
We offer peeled and vacuum packed potatoes, carrots and onions:
sliced, diced, grated or chopped.
Since the foundation of Hillfort Farm, we have fermented our cabbage into sauerkraut. We don’t add any kind of chemicals to our sauerkraut - the fermentation is a naturally occurring process. To get the best taste we add a bit of sugar, salt and caraway. The taste and quality of our sauerkraut is recognized among consumers.
